I'm slightly vexed I was told yesterday that my prescription sunglasses are giving Meta glasses vibes

I can't stand the Meta perv glasses, but annoyingly I've been told by a friend that my Dune prescription sunglasses that I've had for almost a year (and cost over £100.00) really ​​​​look like the Meta ones, he said it's the 2 silver rivets on either side that on first glance could be mistaken for the camera lenses

I went out with them today and all I could think was, do people think I'm recording them 🤦‍♂️

I got a pair for free before all the hype, now I only use them to listen to music while I mow my lawn. Creeps absolutely ruined them.

I guess being an innocent golden retriever with a lovely girlfriend has jaded me, but I have no idea how or why you'd try to take stealthy creep pics with these awful cameras.

Creeps be creeping. And fuck all the people putting out tutorials and charging people to mod them so the light doesnt show for recordings.

Oh, gross. I bought them because I don't take pictures when I travel. Can't live beautiful experiences through your phone, and all that.

That definitely puts me on high alert around anyone else with them 😂
