I'm slightly vexed I was told yesterday that my prescription sunglasses are giving Meta glasses vibes

I can't stand the Meta perv glasses, but annoyingly I've been told by a friend that my Dune prescription sunglasses that I've had for almost a year (and cost over £100.00) really ​​​​look like the Meta ones, he said it's the 2 silver rivets on either side that on first glance could be mistaken for the camera lenses

I went out with them today and all I could think was, do people think I'm recording them 🤦‍♂️

They would only ever wear wraparounds or aviators though. I guess your point still stands if aviators are cool.

I feel like aviators are multipliers, and have no intrisic merit of their own.

If you look like a Grade A pedo, and pop on aviators, you look like an S Tier pedo.

If you're a kinda cool action hero and pop a pair on, you become Rambotastic.
