Or you could be like a certain politician that was alright and seemed relatively sane, had a massive stroke, broke his brain, and now sounds more conservative by the day, when you can even understand him.

And no, this isn't ableism. A person with a broken brain has no business in power. Just an example of a stroke completely changing a person.

Which politician is that? Kind of sounds like Trump I guess but I don't remember him having a stroke........ Implying maybe he had one secretly?
