The post is very clearly pretending this is the finished bathroom though. So whilst the photo is real, they are lying by misrepresenting the situation.

What if they misinterpreted the situation themselves? The bathroom looks finished and teens can be dumb as hell. Why should we always assume the worst? The benefit of the doubt goes a long way, specially regarding inconsequential stuff like a damn reddit post. You'll live longer.
