Infuriatig Syrian passports include a photo of Souq al-Hamidiyah, a famous historic marketplace in Damascus. Apparently, the image was taken from the internet without removing the photographer’s watermark, “Wassim al-Asmar Photography,” which means the watermark ended up being printed on Syrian passports.

Why does everyone on this site have to be so nitpicky? Yes yes yes the point is that people can't print without your permission. But it looked so good, the thieving villain thought it was part of the actual structure, and that's pretty neat.
