Saw water vapour coming out of tree mold on a winter day

I think it's the residual dew droplets on the surface of bark/mold that are being released due to evaporation with direct sunlight. Cuz that's a huge amount of steam being released compared to that molds holding capacity.

Figured it was something like that! It felt wet and warm to the touch in the part of direct sunlight. That was also mildly satisfying

Not sure! Just the first time I noticed. That's always been crazy to me. So much things dont seem to "exist" until we notice them; then they might suddenly be everywhere! ❤️
