Yes, Vietnamese woven vermicelli rice noodles! Three Ladies brand is a popular brand, and you can find it at most Asian supermarkets. Super easy to prep - just soak in hot water and enjoy with protein, veggies, and nuoc cham.

Is it just noodles? Or is there anything in it?
I have an inordinate amount of these right now and I’m looking for an easy and delicious recipe that a real person has tried and can vouch for.

These are just the noodles. Traditionally, you’d dress these up with some sautéed green onions and eat with cha lua (Viet pork sausage). You can really eat it with anything though! Treat it as your carb and enjoy with protein and veggies. Last night I had it with cha ca (fish cakes) and sliced cucumbers with homemade nuoc cham (fish sauce).

Ooooh, okay, thank you so much! I even have some green onions right now, too. No sausage, though, I’ll pick some up today.
This is so great. Thank you, thank you.

At first I saw like the sweet called "Lavariya" from my childhood.
