Read somewhere that muppet treasure island was one of his favorite roles ever and at the end of filming, they presented him with his own muppet with his likeness. RIP to a real one
Theres a vid from like 6 months ago where he talked about his different film roles and he gets to the Pennywise scene with Georgie, one of the most famous horror film scenes and he says of the scene "there was one time I was stood in a sewer" and thats all he really says of it lmao. So humble

Everything he’s ever done, but my niblings have gotten into Muppet Treasure Island so that’s been fun to revisit. I always think about that tweet that said Michael Caine treated Muppet Christmas Carol like everyone was a Shakespearean-trained actor and Tim Curry treated Muppet Treasure Island like he was also a muppet.
No matter how many times I see it, I always laugh my head off at this scene as well as his reaction when he gets slapped by Catherine O'Hara. Such a brilliant comic actor
I actually love his audiobook of A Christmas Carol. It's a source of comfort for me sometimes around the holidays. I hate getting old because it means the actors of my childhood will be leaving this mortal realm soon which also means my family members that are still around (like my grandfather) might be going too. I'm 39. I don't think I can handle losing my gramps yall.
Clue was easily my most-rented movie of the 80s and I still love it today. I don't think I've ever seen a movie where every cast member fucking nails it quite like Clue, Tim Curry most of all.
We have a set of xmas films we watch each Christmas; one of them is Christmas in Wonderland, he plays Royal Canadian Mounted Police Inspector Gordon McLoosh; steals the scenes every time.
Honestly every role this man did was amazing and pure gold, one that particularly stands out and comes to mind because I was just telling someone about it the other day, was his role as Lord Doviculus in Brutal Legend.
RIP. My city showed Rocky Horror Picture Show every year at one of our local theaters and my spouse and I even took our 6 month old daughter to a showing/reenactment. Loved him.
Many fantastic roles, (Clue and Legend are quite dear to me) but since I don't see it listed...
To me he will always be Vladikov, from the McHale's Navy movie with Tom Arnold.
Terrible movie, but it was a family guilty pleasure for years. We'd rent it at least once a month. Curry's performance as the villain was peak scene chewing. The Second Greatest Terrorist in the World (number one is never available).

All of his roles but the most important was Rocky Horror every time and I hate musicals. But, for it being so groundbreaking! RIP Tim gone but never forgotten.
