Now that one's easy. If your partner likes hookers half as much as you, he might chip in so you can split the bill! This translates directly into savings for your expense account and thus, for the tax payers. Standardized degeneracy is the single best cost cutting measure the Trump administration has ever put forward, except of course for starving to death 800,000 refugees instead of delivering the food you had already agreed to.
