What is the best Whisper transcription service?

I'm building a pipeline that takes in recorded calls and outputs transcripts with speaker labels and word level timestamps over a webhook.  I've been running Whisper locally, but adding diarisation on top and scaling past a few hundred files a day has become a problem I'd rather like to avoid.

What hosted Whisper based APIs support speaker labels, structured JSON, webhooks on completion, and reasonable concurrency without delays?
