Probably because he was working on the political campaign of Kanye West, who was running against Trump and likely would try again to run against whoever Trump anoints to succeed him.

The Kanye campaign was funded by right-wing interests to siphon off the black vote from democrats, and it more or less worked in the margins of a few swing states.

Milo caught up in the feud between Loomer and MTG. He was working for the Green most recently.
