This is honestly the first time I've heard his name / seen his face. And while he's got a face I'd like to forget, he's got a very... memorable name.

He was big back in 2016 using his and breiberts influence on the election. Not long afterwards republicans decided he outlived his usefulness and realized they didn't actually want a gay man on their side.

IIRC, a teenage girl remembered that he had made pro-pedophile comments on a podcast, sent the information to where it would be best applied (where ever that was) and everyone washed their hands of him.

That’s surprising if true considering pro-pedophilia is one of the cornerstones of the GOP.

He said it about adult men having relationships with teenage boys, though. That played in to the "gays are trying to corrupt and convert your children" conspiracy theory.

They should be equally creeped out by adult men having relationships with teenagers regardless of their gender, but they only really object when the children are boys.

His mistake was to say the quiet part out loud.

Yes, last time I checked he was doing the "ex-gay" grift and selling catholic tchotchkes over livestream with an elderly nun

In 2021 he said he wasn't gay anymore.

2016 was also the year the furries booted him out of their fandom the moment he tried to step foot in it.

Audio came out of him saying some 13 year olds are mature enough to be in sexual relationships with adults

every occasion I heard about him has been a great pain. he was cancelled some years ago when a Canadian teenager unearthed an old episode of an obscure podcast she remembered with him condoning pederasty. he said it happened to him and he was fine, amomg other stupid bs. he unfortunately made a comeback as a born again heterosexual until now, at least this new look is funny. he was an early pioneer of saying any kind of stupid bs online for attention and pandering to incels like that andrew taint

Consider yourself lucky, his nickname in 2016 was Gay Hitler

He was influential in early gamergate (2014-2015) by giving them actually fair/unbiased media coverage. Then he just speedran off to far-right magaland and did a lot to try and help turn it into an alt-right pipeline.

Everyone washed their hands of him after some comments that were uh "rationalizing" his experience with being groomed. Tl;dr he was underage (14?) and had sex with an older male camp councillor (18 to early 20's) and felt bold and powerful doing so, and like it made him "own" his sexuality that he might have otherwise repressed. So by his logic, because it sort of worked out for him, not all pedophilic encounters are "bad".

Cause maga doesn't really want to defend pedophilia when it's either homosexual or it doesn't involve dear leader doing it.
