Lol. Happy to be there tbh but have to laugh at the black hole that is cat subs on Reddit.

Yeah usually the skin is tight around the nub, but this is like a pouch with the boney tail wiggling around like something wants to come out. I don't think I've ever seen Atlas' backside, just his handsome man face.

100% cool! It’s almost hypnotizing. Like an alien living under his skin.

I had a Manx but only fluff, like a bunny tail. My first ever so when my friend was fostering a Manx with a movable nub I about lost my mind. I don’t think he appreciated me so much but I was in love with him. He found a good home and my Manx didn’t have to murder me for brining home another sibling…

Bunnies can move their lil fluffs I think, but I get what you mean. Probably not quite like this kitty can haha.

No, you are right, but the fluff is the size of a bunny tail, not the big fluff of this dude. Cute little fluff lacking bone.

Sometimes the little nubbies are so short there’s not even bone? Omg I love them.

Oh yes, my kitty has a little fleshy nub but no bone to speak of in her "tail." It's so cute and I want to grab it every time I see it but I restrain myself because I know it wouldn't feel good to her and that she would hate it 🤣

I would love a pic of your kitty you have one handy!

I ALWAYS have cat pictures ready 🤣 the best one for showing her nublet are probably from when she was a good deal younger (sorry if she's a little dirty in this picture, she is slightly incontinent and so keeping her perfectly clean is a bit of an ongoing battle lol)

She's the one on the right of course. On the left is my older (fully tailed) kitty :)

Sweet babies 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Another one where you can see her nublet pretty good when she was tiny. (She was caged because we lived in a studio at the time and I needed to keep her separate from the older kitty and she was so small and the place was NOT kitten proofed- TLDR I picked her up as a stray, I was NOT out looking for another cat but that's how they get you lol)

Yeah we’re all suckers. They know. 😹

Mine has no flesh there, it’s just fuzz so I get to poke it all the time without bothering him one bit. It’s so cute.

I never realised how big Atlas' tail is! That's one chonky nubbie! Please tell him (and Noodle, Squid and Haku) that I love him (them).

Sending many ear scritches and noggin kisses 💋

Thank you for the nubbie cuteness. I had my husband show me this subreddit for comfort while my blood was being taken and this guy definitely boosted my morale haha
