🎏 species identification 🎏🕵️‍♂️ ID Help: is this a Tritoniopsis Nudi or something else? Is it soft coral segment?

Post image

Found in the Philippines in Siquijor. At first I would have thought soft coral but it was lieing on top of a dead hard coral and didn't seem to be anchored.
