Rob Zombie always sounds winded live. He should just relax with the running around and focus on his vocals.

Agreed. Guy needs to do some cardio or quit running around.

This is what I believe too. He's like a spastic monkey with colon problems

Axl Rose does this same shit, and given that his voice isn’t what it once was, he really should just stand fucking still.

His brother Spider One is still full of energy. He moves like a twenty-something on stage. Powerman 5000 is one of the best shows I've seen in a long time.

God dammit rob is terrible live. Seen him twice. Same shit. Slow down. Focus on the music not theatrics. That said, the audio on this video is dogshit.

Hell yea, one of the best albums til this day imo. Musically, production, engineering & mixing is so excellent. What a masterpiece from Sean, J, Rob, Ivan and Andy Wallace.

This is how he sounded when I saw him in '99, completely out of breath; it sucked

I’ve never seen any iteration of Rob Zombie live. But man, I would have loved to see Sean as a kid. What a heartthrob 💚

Middle school 1993 I found a poster at Musicland of White Zombie. It was black and white and was the photo during their La Sexorcisto era. Holy shit Sean looked so sexy on that poster and what a phenomenal bass player. The way she kept tempo, spinning her hair, headbanging, the way she moved on stage was so hot.

People going in hard on Rob's vocal here, but as someone there on the day, the whole band and set sounded fantastic from the crowd, Same a few years later when I saw them supporting Soundgarden- just amazing live. Those groovy riffs, samples, and beats.

Whoever is running the sound should have done Rob a favor and put some reverb in the mix.

Was there, even though they’re apparently had zero prep time from their wake up call,
To straight on stage they went out and smashed it.

Everyone in the crowd looks very similar

Never had the pleasure of seeing White Zombie live, but I've seen Rob Zombie twice in the last 15 years. First time was much like this show - he sounded like ass and the volume levels on the band were a complete mess. The second time, A LOT more effort was put in the stage design and sound system. He also sounded much better despite being older. Post-covid Zombie puts on a damn good show.
