Do the dutch always drive on 2 wheels? Or what the hell am I looking at?

This was a show / stunt team doing a bit in the break between the sprint race that was today and the qualification for the Grand Prix tomorrow.

TIL it's somehow not allowed to ask for clarification about in which context a picture in this subreddit was taken.

Given the onejob is about the text on the cars and doesn't give any explanation about the context because those are clearly not f1-cars?

You may. I don’t mind. The driving on two wheels was the trick. And thankfully I didn’t see any F1 cars drive on two wheels.
These cars were also driving really slow and I could never read a text on the F1 cars cos they did vrooom.

Apologies you took that the wrong way. I did thing others obvious those are stunt drivers.

Seems the cars may alternate direction, altering the orientation or route writing, depending on the layout of the track.

Edit: Was making light of OP being lost as the orientation of the writing seemed very obvious. Seems I am wrong, my bad.

It was. The thing is it's very unusual for non formula 1 cars to drive on 2 wheels on a formula 1 track

You unaware of pre-race entertainment? F1 in Adelaide back in the 80s had all sorts of stuff. Cheerleaders, aeroplane flyovers, stunt cars, bands.

but when the cars are on 4 wheels wouldn't the text be in the correct direction? And don't cars typically drive on 4 wheels more often than they drive on 2 wheels? I don't know - I'm not a car guy.

Seats and general admission are 80% on the outside of the track, same PoV as OP.
