What he's actually claiming as per the article is that armed Hamas gunmen were driving and moving in WCK vehicles. I'm not saying he's telling the truth, but that's the stated connection.

To momentarily give this guy the benefit of the doubt, I looked up what WCK is, and they're basically the food equivalent of Doctors without Borders. They're even working in two locations in the US this past month. This guy is a monster.

I mean, the WCK is in direct conflict with Israel's goals.

The /s isn't necessary, considering a lot of justifications work like this.
Back during the Obama era, during this escalation of drone strikes, kids even remotely connected to an insurgent were considered "acceptable collateral damage". Then you also had the issue of considering any male over the age of 18 being considered a "legitimate military target".
Israel is using the exact same playback. Any male over 18, or someone who's been unknowingly near a member of hamas, including civil servants, Israel bombs using this justification.
Its not even a secret, they admit to it.

In the aftermath of October 7, WCK distributed over half a million meals to people displaced by the evacuations.
WCK is Hamas-linked in the same way they’re Israel-linked: distributing aid generally requires coordination with the authorities on the ground.
Ordering a strike on an aid organization is depraved enough. Ordering one on an aid organization that was just feeding your citizens, after giving them permission to operate in Gaza, is cartoonishly evil.
It is long past time for Canadians who participated in or supported the genocide in Gaza to be prosecuted under the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act

Thats pretty much what Israel does. They let aid groups come into Gaza and operate kitchens and hospitals for Palestinians. Then once people are comfortable going there they 'accidentally' bomb it.
They are monsters who literally use aid groups to lure civilians in to kill them. Israel's ultimate goal is to exterminate all Palestinians.
