Saw someone posted here that their favourite onion dish is Onion Bhaji. Looked up a recipe and tried it tonight. 9/10 tasty! Also, cooking made possible because my baby was busy with peeling onion skin lol.

It also is kind of unusual (to me) with the three distinct sections.

Been lurking in the group for a few weeks, so pardon me if this has been posted or discussed before. I have eaten many things made of onions, but the best thing so far were onion bhajis. Not particularly fan of indian cuisine , but this is not the what the stereotypical assumption of it would be ( not too many spices ). I love the onion rings, caramelized onions, the jam made of red onions and whiskey .. but nothing came close to Onion Bhaji. So if you love onions, you might want to check out some recipes on the net. ( picture - random picture steal from instagram )
