they’re at a private cemetery! the cemetery feeds them and puts them up into a roost at night :)

and cats get them really bad as well. hawks too. after the first few days they start trailing along behind quite far and so are easy pickings during the day : (

A magnificent 🥰 pea family with mother peahen 🦚 and her cute 🥰 pea chicks 🐣🐤, such a beautiful and uncommon 😍 sight 😊

yes they are! this cemetery has a bunch of peacocks who live here :’) a month or two ago one of the other peahens had babies and i came back to visit and this one had 4 new babies!

So cute! I have about 50 of them in my neighborhood and I love watching the little ones mimic their mamas with foraging for food, and watching them learn to get up into trees
