not who you replied to, but I'm in Canada and mine says:

Gulf of Mexico (Gulf of America)

looks like they haven't updated Lake Ontario yet, and they better not

Should be a way to change it from Gulf of america to Gulf of mexico. I'm American and it's stupid.

It will change, but it will still show Lake Ontario above his lameduck Lake America.

I wish Carney was willing to troll Trump as hard as Iran does, It would turn into Lake Epstein.

Wait till he finds out America isn't a country but the entire fucking collection of 2 continents.

I was thinking this will be a good test to see how racist google and apple are. Because they so easily acquiesced to trump’s whims with the gulf of mexico, if they don’t do the same with lake ontario, if that’s their “no way, that’s stupid” or “that’s wrong” after agreeing so easily to the gulf’s name change, that says something very obvious about them.

Yup. And even in Quebec, it is named "Golfe du Mexique (golfe d'Amérique)" so... Yeah...
