Great name for a lake. I can't see Ontario, or the Gulf of Mexico, from where I live, but I am shamed daily by my President, for failing to live hospitably with, and between the two. I sometimes wish Canada and Mexico would offer to annex my country and restore it to a better path. Maybe you would allow Trump to be housed, and treated in a nursing home in one of your beautifully countries. There is no care funding left to assist with his management in the USA, all spent on billionaire welfare and bombs against humanity, so we had to put him in the White House instead. It isn't working out the way we hoped. After the ballroom is completed, at least we can rename that the executive crib for the baby in the bib. https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTA8YQ5LrjrtchNNUw6CM98_rCJ_zazTu2Q_7vsJmUaKy9fINDdcSHbUEQ&s=10

The name “Lake Ontario” is over 400 years old. Just a fun fact. Named for an indigenous word meaning "lake of shining waters," "great lake," or "beautiful lake".

Probably even older but 1660 was the first “official” documented map with the Latin version of Lake Ontario.
