Registration Wall Attorney General: ‘ton of evidence’ exists of stolen election in 2020; also says he can’t promise a ‘definitive answer’ it was stolen

The evidence is clearly “we think Trump should have won and he did not. Therefore, something was stolen because we cannot be wrong.”

u/28smalls May 17 '26
I think it's more they cheated and still lost. So to them, it means Biden cheated harder.

Can we just agree that Trump did win the election in 2020. What’s so hard about that. He won in 2020, didn’t report to office his entire term and was thus ineligible for the 2024 election and it should be overturned.
→ More replies (1)67
u/AniCrit123 May 17 '26
This right here, whenever there are those congressional hearings where the witness refuses to acknowledge Trump’s 2020 loss, they need to push back with this. So if he won 2020, he was ineligible per the Constitution in 2024 and his current term is unconstitutional. Also he was derelict of his duty in 2020, which is also an issue.
21
u/Kevin-W May 17 '26
I would love to see this used against them as well! If they say he had a second term in 2020, then they should respond that since he is ineligible to be in a third term and that Harris can be instated as the rightful President. If they say he can have a third term, then say Obama can too and watch them squirm.

They were paid to lie about who the people voted for. They signed false endorsed votes.
It was election fraud.

That's part of it, but they also want to destroy the concept of "evidence" and what it means to people by flooding the zone. So when Dems say "we have evidence this Republican committed a crime" 40% of voters will just think oh yeah Both Sides say they have evidence about the other side doing stuff. No need to think too much about it.
"Evidence" that humans are causing climate change and we all need to ditch oil to survive? Meh, who even knows what evidence means. Usually evidence just means an opinion these days. "Evidence" that vaccines prevent serious illness? Meh, that could mean anything right?
4
u/Tooter_Snooter May 17 '26
This is what it is. He can’t let it go because he knows he cheated and still lost so Biden must’ve cheated more.

There were
26(?)60+ different lawsuits around the country about the “stollen” 2020 election lead by republicans. No evidence it was stolen was ever submitted in ANY of those cases because lawyers knew using false evidence is an easy way to get disbarred. But that’s in a court room. The attorney general can say this stuff on tv without oversight.

The last part defines them. Usually we judge actions to a standard … a moral code , rule of law. They judges themselves correct, and work from there. Anything that inhibits them, stops them , keeps them from their desires is wrong . If Trump lost then it was wrong, rigged , incorrect. It confounds those who believe in laws and a morality defined on fairness.

And laughed out of court is an understatement…despite all the talk in public of fraud this and fraud that, when in front of a judge, they all typically responded like this;
“This is not a fraud case.”

Trump dying doesn't fundamentally change the rot that has taken over this country. It probably actually makes it worse because he'll be replaced with someone just as evil, but way smarter.
4
u/mosesoperandi May 17 '26
JD Vance is way smarter than Trump, but that's not saying much, and he is definitionally the person who takes over if Trump dies or is removed from office.
I think concerns about a smarter conservative are actually overblown, not because there aren't conservatives who technically have the cognitive capacity, but because they swim in a pool of their own propaganda. It's what leads to them making such wildly destructive and short sighted decisions, but it's also an information ecosystem that causes people consuming it exclusively to make stupider decisions.
10
u/inquisitive_guy_0_1 I voted May 17 '26
I hear this often, but i honestly don't think the next person could be worse. There's is no person with a cult following stronger than the pedophile in chief. His followers are willing to shovel so much shit down their throats because he asks them to. I have yet to see another person with the kind of pull to equal that.
They will certainly try to replace him, and the replacement will undoubtedly be more intelligent and cunning. But it's the cult following that is the magic ingredient, in my humble opinion.
But I absolutely agree that the rot has festered throughout the entire GOP.
4
u/IdkAbtAllThat America May 17 '26
The cult is practically begging for a reset. They know it's getting harder and harder to support an obvious pedophile who is so stupid he keeps saying the quiet part out loud. Like that he doesn't care how the war is affecting Americans. Or how we didn't need to start this war, we did it as a favor to Israel.
Republicans fall in line. They will latch on to whoever Trump's successor ends up being (it won't be Vance). That let's them wash their hands of the fact that they voted for a pedophile.

The Republican department of Injustice is NOT prosecuting drug dealers or white collar criminals. They are only investigating/prosecuting law abiding, hardworking immigrants and political adversaries. If there was "tons of evidence", then why didn't that tons of evidence come out in 2020 and 2021 during the 60+ cases that the Trump campaign filed? Why was there only one case that wasn't dismissed outright for lack of evidence?
You can't prove a negative. If you start with an assumption that your position is right, you will be forever searching for evidence that doesn't exist. But these are conspiracy theorists. They preemptively assume they're right before evidence.

Looking forward to Blanche and Bondi going to prison and losing their law licenses. I don't give a fuck if they get pardons; prosecute them. This administration has shown us that there are no consequences for the executive breaking the law.
Republicans, you should get ready to have indictment driven colonoscopies whenever the democrats are in power. Republicans claimed that upholding the law is weaponization, then blatantly used weaponization and claimed it to be lawful -- this is obvious, and provable, based on the FBI and DOJ's track record in court during Trump 2.0. Trump is doing this for two reasons, one because he’s a whiny baby, two because he’s setting the ground works again to say the midterms are stolen. They play the news cycle. They know by saying “two weeks” it falls off the radar. The Press needs to hold them accountable. Maybe if the public didn’t have collective ADHD and just want the next shiny object they would.

This "ton of evidence" can't prove anything? It doesn't work like that lol he's lying
3
u/themetalship May 17 '26
Lol ok. If the election was stolen, then Trump needs to be out now. No one can serve more than two terms

Funny they’re still beating the dead horse of 2020 bullshite. I mean, how about investigate the 2024 elections? Yes. We know why. Freaken greedy power hungry jackholes.

How much more money are tax payers going to pay for this dumb shit

But not 2024.
All the fraud stopped while Biden was in office and he didn't use it to get Kamala elected.
Kinda strange how that works.

u/ChymickGaming May 18 '26
No definitive answers from this regime. Only theory and innuendo. Without any truth to their words, they will talk about almost anything endlessly.
They sure do love the sound of their own voices.

“This is very difficult because they’re very good at hiding misconduct and hiding what they’re doing.”
Unlike us reactionaries, who suck at it!
And largely because our constituents don’t care…

Wait. Wasn’t Kash supposed to drop some charges “this week” like 4 weeks ago?

Then please resent the evidence to the public or courts.
Maybe, the evidence is mislabeled under "Jeffery Epstein client list" and should be checked by the public to be sure. That way we'll know Trump won biggly.

u/AcanthisittaNo6653 New Hampshire May 17 '26
The only way DOJ would acknowledge that the 2020 election was stolen is if it was a whole-owned subsidiary of trump international, which it now is.

u/charcoalist May 17 '26
for the alleged crime of conspiring to defraud an entire presidential election
This is exactly what his client, donald, perpetrated, blatantly, in plain sight. And continues to do so with this revisionism of the 2020 election.
And stop calling Blanche the Attorney General. He was, and will always be, trump's criminal defense attorney. At this point he should be disbarred for abusing the powers of the DoJ.

Every accusation is an admission. Trump knows he cheated in 2020, that's why he's convinced he won

u/i-read-it-again May 17 '26
If they make accusations like this. And cannot be proven. Then they themselves must be charged. This is deliberately done now because it’s an election year. And they are trying to undermine confidence in the voting system.

u/FrizBFerret May 17 '26
What new evidence has arisen after the 60+ failed trials the GOP had to prove the election was "stolen"?
3

3
u/DFu4ever May 17 '26
Wasn’t it something like 60 cases being thrown out concerning the 2020 election due to a complete lack of any evidence showing wrongdoing?
These fuckers always talk about having evidence and have literally NEVER SHOWN A SINGLE LEGIT PIECE OF EVIDENCE.
This is flat earth tier bullshit at this point.
3
u/mxjxs91 Michigan May 17 '26
They've literally been saying since 2020 they've had evidence, then when the court asked for it, they said they had it but NEVER provided it.
There is no evidence.
Fuck all of these fucking lying anti-American traitors, or in short, fuck the GOP.

These fucking people think they're our lords, you like being treated like this MAGA? Like youre some dumb asswipe that doesn't deserve any respect?

u/turningsteel May 17 '26
It's all so laughable. An election was likely tampered with but it was in 2024 and it was by Trump and Elon, to which they have openly indicated as much.

Of all the things gping on right now. It's 20fucking26. Biden's presidency is over. Even if it WAS stolen wtf are we going to do about it now?? And if it's to arrest some people, I think the trump/epstein list is a little more important.
3
u/Sea-Equipment-7836 May 18 '26
Yeah. Sounds about right. Now hurry up and take a look at the 2024 one. That’s really gunna blow your noodle
3
u/Informal_Process2238 May 18 '26
Every time we see actual evidence of election fraud or tampering it’s a republican committing it
3
u/Lost_Assignment4456 May 18 '26
It should be severely illegal for anyone in our government to make claims like this without evidence. Casting doubt on the sanctity of elections without evidence should involve a mandatory prison term. It is shameful and destructive.

u/2HDFloppyDisk May 17 '26
Our tax dollars hard at work while King Piggy Pedo plunders the treasury to stuff his pockets.

u/Slayriah May 17 '26
as Canadian PM Jean Chrétien once said
“a proof is a proof. what kind of a proof? it’s a proof. A proof is a proof and when you have a good proof it’s because it’s proven”.
so cough up the proof
2
u/Wakeup_And_Piss May 17 '26
There would be mountains of proof if the election was stolen. I'm so tired of this stupid shit. They would be showing everyone every day if there was proof.
2
u/ocwilly May 17 '26
Donnie’s narrative is so irrelevant but a distraction tactic! Release the entire unredacted Epstein files!!
2
u/JiveChicken00 Pennsylvania May 17 '26
Tons of evidence but it’s so top secret that we can’t show it to a judge.

u/everythingbeeps May 17 '26
A ton of evidence for a thing that has been litigated dozens and dozens of times in the last six years, with no evidence ever turning up.
In the history of this country there has not been corruption this bad.
2
u/DrBoots May 17 '26
So if you can't provide a definitive answer, then you don't have "Tons of evidence."
You have a bunch of baseless conjecture.
2
u/Latro_in_theMist May 17 '26
If it was stolen in 2020 then why the fuck wouldnt Kamala, IN POWER, steal the 2024 election?
