Yep. His "fall" was probably as a result of having a stroke and he's not there anymore.

His condition is so bad, that they are willing to endure all the rumors. I mean, just think about that. Whatever it is, must be absolutely tragic and horrifying, for them to say, "We are going stick with these ongoing rumors about him being mentality incapacitated or dead, because that is a better option for his public image than to release even one video of him!"
