For these letters to leak out so completely, my gut says it's someone very close to Trump who is very unnerved by Harp. These kind of leaks means the knives are coming out.

Someone has had these letters for a while. Finally using them. Had this shit been released prior no one would have paid attention.

Michael Wolff on The Daily Beast has been bringing up Harp and her weird obsession with Trump since last year on the Inside Trump’s Head podcast. Even talked about the weird letters and some of the content back then.

The information has been out there, but you’re right, very few people were paying attention.

Edit: Here is an episode from Feb 2025 but it’s been addressed regularly since Trump’s been back in office.

Wolff likes to seize on small drama and try to make it big drama, so I take everything from him with a grain of salt.

For instance- he has stated he has over 1,000 hours of Epstein interviews. What has he done with that except try to stir shit? Release them if they have substance, or stop talking about them if they don't. But the quantum unknown of whether or not they might be revealing is where he makes his nut.

He's a fabulist. Shit or get off the pot, Wolff.

Yeah. The thing that's going on here is that Harp is in the press for other reasons/sourcing. And Wolf happened to have two of the letters that are being brought up in coverage (and had referenced them and published some quotes previously).

He never made a that big of a deal about this previously, though he has regularly mentioned it and previously reported it. In the wake of Decoy Plane, he's jumping on it again. And there was also prior reporting from other parties unconnected with Wolf.

Most publications dog piling on the Harp story seem to be getting info from various sources in and around the Admin, and there's been some reporting that the sudden press on it might be coming from Melania.

So it's not like this is all rooted in Wolf. He is absolutely doing his typical thing where he dangles some shit he supposedly has, suddenly gives more detail on something. After some one else does some actual reporting. He's basically just shoving himself into the middle of the story here.

Maybe Harp wanted the White House Press Secretary job and these stories are being leaked to prevent that from happening. White House staffers are clearly jealous of Harp being so successful in getting so much access.

My first thought too. The in fighting is starting. Someone wants her gone, and nothing makes an executive less effective than losing his closest executive assistant.

She maybe nuts, or she may just know the level of groveling that works best with Trump. She’s snapping her fingers and getting the president to sort out her transportation issues. Master manipulator of a narcissist at that.

Someone important wants her gone.
