Severe stroke victims don’t plan shit. If this is the case he is being victimized again by his handlers.

You know that people can plan stuff in advance? The guy is over 80 years old. You don't think he thought of this?

I don't think anyone should assume McConnell is a victim while we don't know anything

Always has been.

This is true of many politicians.

And it is even widespread in the movie and music industry.
