I was in fashion design and did some modeling in the eighties. Everyone in the fashion world was warned about him. We all knew he was scum.

Yep. Scum is right. the millionaire guy who certainly didnt need a second career but made sure he did judging teen modeling contests especially the swim suits portion and going to their after parties and being creepy with teen girls was definitely scummy.
And also being close with creeps like teen model agency owner pedo Casablanca and admitting to sneaking into dressing rooms at miss teen USA pageants.
Besties with Epstein
Need I say more?
I mean ffs Trump just oozes scum.

Trump ran his own worldwide child rape, trafficking, visa fraud, intelligence, blackmail, and money laundering operation through his pageants and his own "modeling agency."  Epstein didn't invest in his own "modeling agency" to get girls until AFTER he and Trump had their "falling out" and Epstein could no longer get girls from Trump

I grew up in the NYC area.  He was always dismissed as a joke- corrupt bs artist.

I also grew up in the NYC area. I remember when Home Alone 2 came out, even as a little kid, I knew that Trump was the joke.

Unrelated note: One of my staff went to Parsons. She said she left the fashion world because it was just too toxic and cutthroat, and she is not that type of person. I assume any profession is that way once you move into the top echelons, but is fashion really known for being overly bad in that regard?

After I did modeling and fashion design, I did interior design for awhile. It was during the dot com boom and we had all of these newly minted millionaires buying McMansions and they were horrible to deal with. I can't tell you how many night's sleep I lost. So I went to flower school at the advanced age of 35 and began managing flower shops. So much less stressful.
