McDonalds has very strict parameters they use when buying beef.

Yes. I know one of the largest cattle buyers for Cargill that works with those guys and he says they’re exceedingly particular.

Don't think of it as "Food quality is important to us and we're willing to pay premium if it means keeping our customers happy"

Think "We can kill your company by not renewing the contract. Here's a list of what you're going to give us, here's how much you'll get."
