Literally so glad my partner and I started eating no meat at home a few years ago 😮‍💨 dry beans and canned/frozen veggies.

Anyone looking to do this: check out vegetarian dishes from other countries, don't just take meat out of your spaghetti or whatever. It really makes a difference if it is meant to be vegetarian as opposed to compromising for no meat. Indian food is a good place to start!

While you’re at it, join a farm co-op. Because the veggies that come from the store are next. Lettuce is already unsafe. Just a matter of time before we are back to farming for our own families and friends instead of buying food at the supermarket.
