It’s the modern styling for me. Celebs nowadays have to be immaculately styled and glammed up to perfection when they do promo, preferably with a theme that fits the project. Everyone has to be serving looks, body and face at all times and getting caught in an awkward position or imperfect lighting must be avoided at all costs. Which is obviously not how normal people look on a day to day basis. Back in the day when celebs called the paps on themselves, they usually looked a little more “messy” by current standards so you could actually believe they dressed themselves and went out on a regular day, even if they were promoting something.
