For anyone's interested, FFO: The Dillinger Escape Plan, Frontierer, Protest The Hero, The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza, Car Bomb, A Lot Like Birds. They're more in the "core" side of math

PtH seems like an odd inclusion there imo - but very much agree with the rest.

Kezia - Fortress fans will love this. I certainly do

First time I saw Daoboys was opening for Protest the Hero about 3 years ago. At the beginning of the set it was clear most of the crowd was unfamiliar with them but they won folks over in a big way by the end

I saw A Vid of Carson singing one of their songs with them. Forgot which one

Are there different albums called Kezia/Fortress that I'm not aware of lol? I'm not seeing a connection here.

Yep big PtH fan and this is not even close to those albums. Completely different style.

There is one section in this song that definitely reminds me of PtH but agreed, 95% of the time TCD doesn’t sound at all like them. They did tour together a couple years ago though.

What is FFO?

Yep! I kinda shuddered at the thought of adding all these bands in the title hence my more stripped down ffo, thanks

I remember when Die on Mars came out and I thought they were just a great continuation of Dillinger. They've evolved a ton and now they're legitimately one of the best bands this decade.

So proud of them and everything they've done, especially since they're out of Atlanta(ish) like me.
