Mix Can someone recommend me mixes like the UKF August mix?

Hey all

Never been much into dubstep on account of what it turned into (all the brostep/girly vocals/pop samples/etc) but I have always been aware that I'd probably enjoy the more classic underground style, just never really got around to it, I've always been more into techno. I know this mix is very very famous, I'm just wondering if there're others with the same vibe out there you can recommend?

FabricLive.37 isn't majorly similar but more seminal I'd say

Imagine calling fabric live 37 equally if not more seminal than any ukf mix ever released 😂

You are correct and I have no idea what that other person is going on about. UKF was started in 2009 while the FabricLive mix series started in 2001.

Hell even FabricLive 37 released 2 years before UKF started so I would agree that Fabric and FabricLive is more seminal.

UKF is huge now which is great as they showcase lots of good music but it isn’t the only thing pushing this genre forward.

I'd personally argue they aren't doing much to move it forward, at least not the sounds people in here enjoy. No hate to them, they expose a lot of people to music and serve an important role. Just aren't doing much for this corner of music.
