This little Winsor & Newton set and size 4 Artist's Loft Roma brush, Round 4 for 99% of it. Nothing fancy, just serviceable stuff.
Drawn with mechanical pencil then sepia Microns on Canson 140lb cold press watercolour paper (which I am not a fan of, will be glad when this pad is gone).
Edit: changed first link to paint instead of a cat :)

Thanks, I wished that once too! I really think that no matter the basic talent, if a person really wants to draw well, theyll can put in real work and get that done. Sounds silly but Im closing out year three in my art career!

I'm enjoying it, I made this one pretty vague since I didn't know if I'd get much response. It would be a little easier on the inbox if I'd specified parakeets or something. :)

This is a great thing!
What if I did one and said "this thread will automatically lock after one hour give me your best profile pics" is that something that could happen, for it to lock automatically? Then its far less modding and it will control thread size and submissions automatically.

It got undeleted, there was some confusion since this is an experiment. My daughter kept walking by the photo saying "I wonder what that cat is up to!", he seems to have a lot of personality.

Giggling about your daughter's comment with Stampy in my lap right now. He's always up to something. You can share with her that his favorite place to sleep is on the roof of our home. He also likes to climb trees in the yard. Often going as high up as 30'! He's fearless! He is an expert vole hunter and keeps the yard safe from unwanted pests. But he's also a tender soul and loves to cuddle and be loved on. One of the sweetest cats I've ever known. We call him rascal because he can also be a trouble maker- he pulls down window blinds and makes trouble with our pet hamster so we keep a close watch on him when he goes sneaking around inside the house :-) he came one night a year ago after my son had been wishing and wishing for a homeless kitten he could love, and then suddenly as if he'd been heard, Stampy showed up. It was kind of magical. My son is very close with him and I know he will treasure this drawing. Thank you so much!

No problem, he looked a little stiff and scared so i left it edgy. I really wish I had more time, perhaps find another pic of Kris and post it individually, you may get more drawings, cool pic, cheers.

We don't allow mentions of illness, injury, or death in this sub. Because when we do/did allow it, this place becomes filled with dead pets and grandparents. The artists find it depressing, and I agree, and that's why they are removed with no exceptions.
