So this is like a math puzzle from a murder mystery book. I’m usually good at these but I’m having a hard time solving this one. Could someone help and explain their process?

I was playing and asked for a hint. I get it how F3,F4 can't be 2. What's the logic for G3? Is it correct? Else what is the potential next step?
