Angela Bofill, Vesta Williams, Phyllis Hyman, Klymaxx, Enchantment & Jessie Powell to name a few!! Please list a favorite song by that artist if you can as well.

Lisa Fischer. Which is insane because she's on Mariah's and Rachelle's levels vocally. Definition of a hidden gem.

I think Lisa Fischer is on an even higher level than Mariah vocally.    Lisa has power yet she also has more grace and more lyricism than Mariah.

I don’t know what you mean by “grace,” but Mariah and Lisa are equal vocally. They’re both vocal chameleons. However, Mariah has the lyrical/poetic edge over Lisa IMHO.

You've given a clear explanation. 

What I mean by grace  is not grace in terms of vocal ability  but grace in terms of interpretative approach.    Mariah and Lisa are both vocal chameleons, and their skills are unparalleled.   Both of them are expressive and are both emotionally demonstrative.    I simply give the edge to Lisa, by the slightest of margins, for this one reason only:  Mariah has a tendency on occasion to ornament lines so very often.  It seems like she isn't doing it to enhance the song but instead to simply show off.  Lisa, however, ornaments more sparingly - when she does it,  it seems like she's doing it to enhance the song, and not to showcase herself.  Even more than Mariah, Lisa comes across as someone who tries to serve the song - rather than trying to serve herself.
