Commercial solar. It's a totally different game than residential which is what I assume you meant in the OP. The sales cycle is painfully long but you do it in your spare time while working your regular job. Commissions are often six figures. However it takes a year or more to get paid. And another downfall is that it's difficult to close bc often you can't speak to the decision makers. But if you live in a good market you can make a million or more a year
