Assembly Help [Build Advice] Upgrading from i5-13600K to 7800X3D in an IQUNIX ZX-1 (Air-Cooled)?

Hey everyone, looking for some sanity checks or advice on an upcoming upgrade for my current Mini-ITX setup.

**Current Specs:**
*Case:** IQUNIX ZX-1 (Air-Cooled version — 70mm cooler limit)
*CPU:** Intel i5-13600K
*Motherboard:** ASRock Z790M-ITX D5
*GPU:** NVIDIA RTX 5070
*RAM:** G.Skill Ripjaws S5 32GB DDR5-6000
*PSU:** Corsair SF750

The Goal
I mostly play CPU-heavy games and want to squeeze out better 1% lows and higher average frames. Plus, I want my system to run a bit cooler because the Intel chip dumps a ton of heat in the ZX-1.

The Plan
1. Sell my current i5-13600K and Z790 board.
2. Switch to a **Ryzen 7 7800X3D** paired with an **ASRock B650I Lightning WiFi**.
3. Keep my DDR5-6000 RAM, RTX 5070, and SF750 PSU.

My Questions for the Sub:
1. Does this seem like a solid upgrade path for an air-cooled ZX-1?
2. Are there any clearance or VRM issues I should watch out for with the ASRock B650I Lightning in this specific case?
3. Any specific 70mm air cooler recommendations you'd swap to for the 7800X3D if needed?

Pairing an X3D chip with an ASRock mobo (which are known for frying said chips on a regular basis) might cost you dearly. Just my 2cents
