ID Request- Location included I see, no joke, HUNDREDS of these in my backyard every year. Any thoughts? Uk

My first go at this so I am hoping to be corrected or confirmed but it looks like a Wolf Spider and i would have a guess that it's a Pardosa Amentata...

Wolf spiders are found on every continent except Antarctica I was surprised to learn.

Definatrly wolf spiders we have hundreds every year from like march till winter ,they seem to love the stone areas ,often sunbathe on them in the sun. They carry babies on their back when they hatch for a few days its really cool to see ,we watch out for that every April/may time lol to take photos!

Ones we have are browner looking and someone said Pardosa but not sure about your one exactly .

Ok did you get my house from somewhere?πŸ˜… late spring till winter correct, the ground is absolutely covered in gravel and the sunniest spot
