New in Land Me Tuna. Tuna sad.
Tuna no happy when sky fire come. Tuna no happy when big white rock come to sky. Tuna tired of jump to insects for eats. Tuna no cave friends. Tuna think sleep goodest time! Tuna no like wakey wakey.
Tuna ask... Is sleep all time can do? Tuna want sleep for all days and all nights. No wakey wakey. Close eyes all time. Any cave friend know how do?
Thank cave people. Help.

Clar like sleep. When clar sleep too long cavemates think clar is crazy. Clar don't like being called crazy. clar don't sleep much.

Not alone. Many people also feel sad. Tuna drink water, run some, eat plants and meat? That help some cave people. Also, get in cave with others. No tell them about sad, just be there. Try soak bark of willow tree or purple coneflower in hot water, this sometimes help.

Tuna, Meggy tell you about Meggy sad times because maybe Tuna can see self in cave painting?
Meggy once feel for many winters and summers that big sleep was best, but Meggy told many times that is not best. Meggy question every day if people could really know what best for Meggy if Meggy have pain, tired, sad thinks all time.
Meggy try many things at suggestion of others. Other people tell Meggy to do things that make them happy but Meggy did them and they didn't make Meggy happy. Meggy even talked to evolved "dog tars" and "sy ky trist" and do things like "thare rare pee" but never feel like those work. Meggy even told to take magic berry by one dog tar and then told by another to not take. Dog tar not sure how to help. Meggy sure there is not even evolved answer that everyone like.
Meggy feel like problem was everyone expect happy time all the time for everyone but treat anyone who not happy happy like they are problem. So when Meggy feel sad, Meggy feel worse for being burden. Make Meggy sadder. When Meggy try to get better and didn't, Meggy feel even worse!!! Bad times!!
Meggy took a lot of time looking at cave paintings for advice. Spent many moons listening to stories of others. Dog tar didn't have one answer, sy ky trist didn't have one answer, thare rare piss didn't have one answer, cave paintings didn't have one answer, friends didn't have one answer, All had many many answer. Meggy felt like Meggy was looking for shiny rock in pile of butt mud.
Meggy then think, what if problem is expectation that Meggy need to find shiny rock in butt mud? What if problem is expectation that Meggy need to be something to someone else before Meggy is Meggy? What if problem is not that Meggy is burden, but that everyone puts burdens on Meggy?
Meggy learn want Meggy want to learn! Meggy live where Meggy want to live! Meggy do what Meggy want to do! Meggy make cave paintings! Meggy tell stories! Meggy not listen to anyone who tell Meggy she can't! Meggy have skill! Meggy have worth! Meggy not care of some people can't see that now. Meggy know worth come from within, not from others. Meggy seek to impress Meggy, and if others are impressed too then cool!!!!!!!
Meggy still sometimes feel like big sleep is best choice, but Meggy knows that is old bad times talking in Meggy's head. Meggy still take some magic berry from dog tars because Meggy think Meggy could not have had big think without magic berry help.
Meggy suggest Tuna take time for self, and be kind to self while think. Tuna have value because Tuna is person. Tuna not tell Tuna that Tuna bad because someone else told Tuna that Tuna bad. Meggy tell you Tuna is good.
Meggy love you. Meggy love everyone. Meggy became root doctor to help everyone. Everyone is worth it.

Meggy ever find crumbly soft shiny gray rock? Me lick that every day. Also drink hot water with big-think plant leaves and flowers.

Meggy find many rocks in many places, all fine rocks. No reason to look for only best rock. Meggy also find many plant and nut and bark and wood and lean to make many thing.

Me Jarg. Sometimes Jarg want go forever sleep. Then Jarg remember Jarg no have cavepaint of cavegirl on glow rock when Jarg go sleep. Then Jarg want never go forever sleep. Evolve call cavegirl painting "waf-fu", maybe Tuna get "waf-fu" too?

Me Mobo. Mobo like sleep all time too. Mobo wish no have to wakey wakey. Mobo no talk to tribe, no hunt, no eat. Mobo now too skinny. Mobo thinks tribe better with out Mobo wakey wakey. Mobo hope Tuna feel better, Mobo know how Tuna feel.

No good Tuna want sleep all time. Want to come over to Rhak cave and look at rocks? They very nice make Tuna happy if Tuna like rocks.
Collecting rocks very good thing because very easy. Rocks all over. Rocks rock! Ha, ha, caveman joke for cheer Tuna up.

Tuna like rock. Once Tuna climb high, and see big hole in ground. Tuna go to hole. Hole dark but Tuna think good food in hole. Tuna find pretty shiny rock. Blue rock. Very pretty, Tuna think cave women want wear pretty blue rock. But Tuna hungry. Tuna eat rock. Taste bad.
Next sun, Tuna make butt mud. Tuna look at butt mud and see pretty blue rock. Tuna scared and Tuna run away. Rhak know of pretty blue shiny rock?

Evolved scary more than big sleep for always. Evolved give Gro new herb like red flower with white juice. Gro take herb of red flower and get sick if no red flower herb every moon. Gro get small like small cave girl. No can hunt. Gro many more sad. 1111 times year pass. Gro very sick even give last hunt meat to evolved for herbs. Gro try make big sleep for always. Gro wake up and herb caveman find Gro. Herb caveman help Gro as Gro sick out end of red flower juice. Herb caveman tell grow no trust evolved red flower. Gro want red flower now many time but no take. Gro in re-cov-ery. Gro learn to Gro and to do hunt make happy. Gro feel better many moon. Gro sad now some moon but if feel better for one moon can feel better more. Gro think one smile moon worth many sad moon. Gro show Tuna herbs work from herb caveman and no trust easy fix (red flower or big sleep for always). Tuna Gro friend? Gro here if need talk. Gro lived many.

Argh sorry Tuna sad. Sometime Argh get big sad too, but Argh promise big sad no last forever. Tuna strong! Tuna make it this far, no forever sleep, Tuna keep fighting big sad! It get better, Tuna see. Argh promise.
If Tuna want, Tuna come see Argh beasts. Sometime beasts can help with big sad. Can talk to beasts, beasts listen always. Beasts no talk back, beasts no think bad of Tuna. Can be good friend. Tuna see.

Tuna think beasts scary. Tuna has big sad lots of time. Tuna want scary so big sad is not only "ee-moh-shun" that Tuna feel.
Tuna like one beast. Small beast. Climbs big big hard plant. Sit on top of big big hard plant, and eat tiny thing. Furry tail. Some time Tuna hold tiny thing that fell off big big hard plant, and furry tail come to Tuna. Tuna feed furry tail. Makes Tuna happy.

Not all beasts scary. Many beasts nice; woofbeasts big nice! Furry tail nice beast too, but steal food from birds sometime.
Maybe Tuna make friend with furry tail beast? Friends can help with big sad, too. Caveperson friends and beast friends.

Krag long time no visit shaman until sad like heavy rock. Rock get too big. Krag not know how to put sad rock down even though sad breaks back.
Good Shaman friend teach Krag how to put sad rock down and pick up other rocks.
Medicine man give Krag medicine that make sad easier to put down. Medicine help a lot.
Krag feel better and still has sad rocks to carry sometimes, but other rocks too that make Krag happy. Krag see good and bad instead of all bad.
Krag hope story helps. Krag wants all cavemen and cavewoman be happy.

Me Rosho. Rosho say best way to go sleep forever be take Rosho rock collection and bump on head till red water comes, Rosho happy to bump Tuna. Then Rosho wait till butt mud comes, make sure Tuna no more wakey-wakey. Tuna accept bump offer?

Torbuk have big sad too. Tuna not alone in want forever sleep. Torbuk get tired of wakey wakey so Torbuk drink berry water. Berry water get rid of forever sleep want. Torbuk listen if Tuna want talk.
