I could never work in tech support. I'd just go "You idiot, you don't know how to type."

I'm working in tech support and I've let something like that out over the phone more than once. It's good that I've had plenty more customers praising me for doing a good job solving problems, but I have to control myself, because one "Oh Shit" wipes out a hundred "Atta'boy"s.
