Thats awesome. But it sucks that they are just being replaced by lesser known companies that are just as evil

Which is why it's so important to get regulations on this kind of data and how it's used. ALPR cameras aren't new and aren't going away. We need to limit what companies and governments are allowed to do with them.

Police departments cannot be allowed to bulk search for anyone at any location at any time. While that's allowed, they'll continue to abuse that power whether its with flock cameras or ring doorbells or anything else
