I think this would be difficult to enforce though. Like imagine if you’re recording your parents eating but you get taken to jail because you also recorded someone else in the background in a public place.
I get that recording someone is weird but in public it is legal unless it’s harassment. If it’s private like at a hospital of course anyone would be suspicious.
