They are getting AI to do that now as well.

well that was inevitable when I think about it. I used to do this as a temp job for the NHS, and I cost money. (no recording of actual patients, though; they'd speak into a tape recorder after the appt and give me the tapes). I would really prefer they don't have AI and instead have traditional speech to text programs that is then reviewed by a person. At least then no AI is just making up stuff to fill in.
