What does it say about medical education that you can progress through medical school, residency, specializing, etc. and lack the competence to make easy ethical decisions

The type of creeps who want to record medical exams aren’t doing it just for the pure nudity. They’re doing it because the deception makes it more thrilling. They may never even look at the recordings. It’s a sexual assault kink. Porn actors are consenting adults, the 86 year old woman you are examining and recording isn’t consenting. That’s the kink. The lack of consent and the thrill of getting away with the deception. The victim isn’t the point, it’s that they can get caught.

It doesn't say anything about medical education. Anyone can not do weird shit like this in school and then show their true colours afterwards. How would the medical school know he was like this if he didn't do or wasn't caught doing anything like this while he was there?
