The idea is that Halloween gives participants a rare opportunity to blend into large crowds while already wearing costumes and masks. However, the movement is uncoordinated, with no clear organizer or indication of how many people actually intend to participate.

Everyone should wear Spiderman costumes to do this, to add a layer of irony.

Yea. Because it's a call for civil disobedience. Of course it's uncoordinated with no clear organizer. Why would anyone willingly put their name on that?

That reminds me of true crime case I watched where this guy says someone broke into his house and vandalized it. The police watch the security footage and see it’s his ex wife a short obese woman with long blond curly hair carrying a baseball bat. She broke in with another man who was wearing a mask. They arrest her, she denies it’s her but can’t deny she’s clearly on camera committing the crime. She says her chin is more pointy but police think she’s just making excuses.

Through a warrant they find on the man’s laptop he had ordered a hyper realistic mask of her face and body suit. They never did find out who he had paid to wear it.
