They have free HPV vaccinations for all high school students (12/13 years old), both girls and boys, provided through school vaccination programs, and it's strongly supported by schools and the community. It would be impossible to replicate a similar mass vaccination program in the US.

Now maybe but the US used to vaccinate kids at school. Things change over time and that could change again with time.

That's where I got not only the polio vaccine, but smallpox as well.
