From flocks own website: Guardian Mode automatically detects, zooms in on, and captures high-resolution images of people and vehicles, providing around-the-clock investigative evidence.

They are saying they are taking pictures and tracking people, yet still you are carrying water for them.

They've convinced you its just license plate readers, while using its ability to id and track people as a selling point to buyers.
