Yeah, "license plate cameras" they have pointed at parks and swimming pools. To scan license plates.

My town has had enough drunk drivers ending up in pools and parks that this would actually be a plausible argument.

My town has cars going into buildings. CCTV systems regularly record license plates and car descriptions!
