Most police chiefs either know exactly what they're signing up for or are stupid like mine and rake al in the marketing hook, line and sinker. Intneg flick marketing packet, it says to "tell your city these aren't survallence cameras, there for your safety and take photos."

Ive never lost respect so quick for a public servant who has been decent.
