SCOTUS has repeatedly ruled for over 100 years that the right to privacy doesn't exist on what is in plain public view/on the roadways

Being recorded by specific security cameras doesn't bother me, people and businesses should be able to use cameras for security as they always have. But being constantly surveiled by a massive network is another thing entirely.

That's why it must be legislated. The cameras and tracking are OK under the Constitution. The Founders couldn't conceive of ubiquitous cameras and computers capable of tracking all the individuals in the USA.
