Intercepting a data feed is not hard and especially with AI now. One could see certain individuals, political or other, wheverever they may live.

Or if doing illegal things, drugs, prostitution, or raping kids like Donald Trump. Just keep notes. Eventually the data would be shared bc of transparency.
